eyeOS is a complete yet simple utility, a kind of operating system of open source and free, where everything is available from your browser. With eyeOS you can have your desktop, applications and files always with you, accessing them from anywhere, simply by opening a browser and connecting to your eyeOS server.

It has a set of tools called eyeOS Toolkit for those engaged in developing applications. Through the eyeOS desktop you can access multiple utilities that include file management and office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, support for Ms Office and OpenOffice, etc. It includes a personal information manager (PIM) with calendar, address book, network applications, email client, internal messaging, pin board, FTP, RSS news reader, and various system utilities and desktop. Everything, so that with just eyeOS you can work comfortably.

Creating your own server is very simple, all you need is a web server with PHP support.
